Purpose:
To fulfill our duty as care takers of the earth. Allah (SWT) has made man the Khalif over the earth and He has charged the Musims with enjoining the good and forbidding the wrong.
To help masajid, Islamic centers, institutions, and people get rid of paper material which they consider sacred (but not usable or very old) in a permissible (halal) manner.
Process of Recycling:
Materials will be sent to our offices. Once at our location the materials will be placed in special containers until they are full. Next a contracted destruction company will come to our location and shred the paper materials into fine strains on our premises while we watch. Next the shreds will be taken to a recycling facility and recycled into new paper products.
Copies of the Quran will be handled by Muslims alone and will not go through the same process as the other paper material.
Respectfully dispose scripture & help preserve our planet. Recycle with Furqaan Recycling.
